REFUND POLICY

At Café VLife, we strive to provide our guests with excellent food and service. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.

1. In-Store Purchases

  • All sales are generally final.

  • If there is an issue with your meal (wrong item, quality concern, or other mistake), please notify a team member right away. We will gladly replace the item or issue an appropriate refund at the manager’s discretion.

2. Online Orders & Prepaid Transactions

  • If you place an order through our website or online platform and receive the wrong item or your order is not prepared as requested, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Refunds may be issued back to your original payment method or provided as a store credit.

  • Delivery service refunds (if applicable) may be handled through the delivery partner’s policy.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

 

  • Change of mind after food is prepared or delivered.

  • Failure to pick up an order placed online or by phone.

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue:

 

  • In person: Speak with a Café VLife manager immediately.

5. Management Discretion

All refunds and replacements are provided at the discretion of Café VLife management. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the policy is being abused.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update or revise this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will be available on our website.
